We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish to use EnerghxPLUS, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal information.

1. What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When you request account deletion, Energhx Green Energy Corporation will:
  • Permanently delete your EnerghxPLUS account and associated profile information.
  • Delete personal information associated with your account, where applicable and subject to legal obligations.
  • Remove your account access and associated preferences.
  • Process the deletion of personal information held in our systems, subject to applicable data retention requirements.
Once your account has been deleted, you may lose access to your profile, saved preferences, energy usage information, project records, transaction history, and other account-related services, where applicable.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion using either of the following methods:
Option 1: Through the EnerghxPLUS App
  • Open the EnerghxPLUS application.
  • Sign in to your account.
  • Navigate to Settings or Account Management.
  • Select Delete Account.
  • Follow the instructions to confirm your request.

Option 2: By Email

If you cannot access your account, send an account deletion request to our designated privacy or customer support contact.

  • Subject: EnerghxPLUS Account Deletion Request
Please provide the email address or other account identifier associated with your EnerghxPLUS account so we can locate and verify your account. Do not send your password.

3. Deletion Processing Time

We will verify your request and process it as soon as reasonably practicable, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our data retention obligations.
If additional verification is required, we may contact you before completing the deletion.
Any applicable processing timeframe will be communicated to you where required by law.

4. Data Retention and Legal Requirements

Some information may need to be retained for a limited period where required or permitted by applicable law, including for accounting, tax, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
Where information must be retained, we will limit its use to the applicable lawful purpose and retain it only for the required period.

5. Account Deletion Is Permanent

Account deletion is permanent and may not be reversible. If you wish to use EnerghxPLUS again, you may need to create a new account, subject to the availability of the service.
Uninstalling the application from your device does not automatically delete your account or the personal information associated with it.
