Energhx is currently looking for a dynamic energy market analyst to join its Demand Side Monitoring (DSM) program. Individual with at least two years experience, preferably in the energy industry, should apply. This individual will be involved with forecasting, mathematical modelling and research on historical data for residential and commercial clients.

Essential Responsibilities

DSM Project Engineers/Analysts (Ref #: DSM2011/02)

Energhx is currently looking for dynamic demand side monitoring project engineering trainees in order to develop a competent workforce of associates. DSM Project Engineer/Analyst must possess unalloyed interest for specialized professional development in the renewable energy industry. This is an entry-level role that is initially sales oriented, but allows for the associate to professionally develop within the company at their own rate. We are seeking associates who have an enthusiastic sales personality and are driven to develop a strong network of clients. In addition, prospective candidates must be capable of working independently or within a team for project management.

Essential Responsibilities
- Onsite energy auditing, collecting data and entering data into CMS database- Meet or exceed operational requirements: analytical reporting, energy system modeling, and cost analysis - Build influential relationships with residential and business clients- Build customer relationships for the purpose of Business development and Sales.

Available areas of professional specialization include mechanical engineering, control and systems engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, with convincing interest in marketing, financial studies, business management, and accounting. The following qualifications will be considered in the selection of candidates:

  • 75% Pass in pre-enrolment examination, after training, on regulatory compliance in the Ontario Energy Industry;
  • Preliminary Energy Auditing and delivery of Demand Side Monitoring services within the locality of low-volume consumers of electricity and natural gas across the Province of Ontario;
  • Client Relationship Management of electricity/natural gas consumers, with Management of Solar-Wind Project;
  • University degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, building sciences or related engineering program;

Lead Generation Programs Manager (Ref #: LGM2011/02)

Energhx diverse portfolio of demand side monitoring products and services incorporates continual innovation on existing technologies and new product developments that can help low-volume consumers of natural gas and electricity better conserve their energy consumption and participate in clean energy generation. The Lead Generation Programs Manager demonstrates capability for training green energy associates, innovative marketing and new business development, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develops lead generation programs that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within the energy supply industry, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Essential Responsibilities
- Execute on assigned operating plan and targets to assure that business wins profitable and productive service sales - Meet or exceed operational requirements: analytical reporting, operating reviews, and cost - Build influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and develop strategies to win profitable business from those customers - Build customer relationships for the purpose of Business development and Sales - Develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and leadership in their execution - Integrate information, resources, and activities within the region and/or among global regions - Responsible for customer satisfaction, evaluation, plans, and follow through - Drive strategy and growth initiatives within the region - Train and direct green energy associates to identify and develop opportunities driving growth.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor/Master's degree from an accredited university or college - At least 5 additional years of experience with sales in energy supply/generation and utility industry, application engineering and/or marketing- At least 2 years experience with lead generation management. The following additional desirable characteristics will be considered in the selection of candidates:

  • demonstrate passion for the environment or convincing testimonial for eco-friendliness;
  • Practical experience in the energy (natural gas, electricity, utility) industry;
  • Knowledge of renewable energy, power generation systems and electricity and natural gas consumption by residential and commercial clients;
